    How do I cancel my membership?

    You can cancel your membership anytime within your account. Once your membership is canceled, we will no longer process any charges and you will continue to have access to Floovly Club until the end of your paid membership plan period.

    To cancel, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your profile inside the app.

    2. Click "manage membership".

    3. Please follow the prompts until you receive confirmation of the cancellation.

    How do I update payment details for my subscription?

    You can update your payment details through your Apple account.

    Can I pause or put my subscription on hold?

    You can cancel your subscription.

    To cancel, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your profile inside the app.

    2. Click "manage membership".

    3. Please follow the prompts until you receive confirmation of the cancellation.

    Does my subscription automatically renew?

    Yes, the subscription is renewed automatically to avoid interruption.

    Can I get a refund?

    Our terms of service & refunds policy state that we do not refund or credit for partially used billing periods.

    You can cancel your subscription inside your profile at any time and continue to have access to Floovly Club until the end of your billing period.
