Refund


We are here to provide an impeccable service and deliver flowers to your loved ones anywhere around the world. 

If for some reason the bouquet wasn't delivered on time, wasn't as described or wasn't fresh, you can request a refund. 

Conditions for a Refund

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The bouquet were purchased in the last 14 days
  • You need to provide a detailed explanation of the reason of refund and provide photos (or other documentation) as evidence.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above mentioned isn't fulfilled.
