If for some reason the bouquet wasn't delivered, wasn't as described or wasn't fresh, you can email us and we'll do our best to make it up to you. 

Conditions for a Refund

In order to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The bouquet were purchased in the last 14 days
  • You need to provide a detailed explanation of the reason of refund and provide photos (or other documentation) as evidence.
